INGREDIENTS / DIRECTIONS / COOKING / TIPS This ragù bianco or white ragù is the tomato-free variant of the traditional ragù alla bolognese . Italian mothers can make it with any meat: veal, beef, sausage, bacon, but also white meats such as chicken.
